Stolen 90 in Kansas

Thank you. Our building was broken into in November By way of sazall. We think this is related in some way. They stole our filing cabinets and all of my personal info. I have been keeping some of my cars at home because I dont feel very comfortable having them there anymore. That why this was in my driveway. Who ever stole it towed it or something because the valve cover is sitting on my dining doom table. NOT CBP lol Jesus CBP does not snatch cars out of your driveway while you are sitting in your basement. No note or court order ect.........

Bummer. I'm sorry for your loss. I never imagined that we would have Defender theft here in Kansas. I will be careful if I ever drive mine to KC.

All, I don't like doing this but I have changed the title of this post. I know that there was a lot of suspicion that this was an illegal import and I think it was prudent to alert our newer members to the doubts but in seven pages of thread, I've seen no real evidence that this is the case and plenty of evidence that this was just another ROW 90 import that was rebuilt with a grab bag of parts from the UK.

It's not how I would have built the truck and it's definitely not my style but that doesn't mean that it's illegal.

The owner does claim that it was stolen so I have changed the title to reflect this.

I hope you get the truck back.

Bummer the truck was stolen .

However, any guy that rolls into a forum, and on his first post calls everyone an asshole isn't going to get much sympathy from me.

This 90 is still in the wind. Starting to loose my mind over it. Just cant believe not a soul has seen this smurf blue sob...

I did, They made it 1300 miles away. Very long story. Was stolen by a member of the community.

I don't remember where I read this... But, Isn't this the story of someone falsifying an affidavit, moving to the east coast with the truck and trying to sell it?

I even remember asking why the fuck the FBI is not involved

Landon Hopkins. Hopkins imports. He also has his own facebook group. He worked with me for the past year and moved off supposedly to start his own thing importing 300tdi repowers. The whole thing is so crazy Its hard to type
