Square loom in a round hole?

Hi folks.
Does anyone make sense of this?
I sourced out the lower edge trim for the lower portion of the A pillar. They have the holes for the courtesy switch and then a round hole below it. But the loom for the front door wiring harness needs a squarish hole.. do I dremel l to shape?

You can change the shape if you want, you just have the older part. There is a newer one with the square hole. note that the hole in the bulkhead needs to match.

Yes, you just run the excess grommet into the door. If you try to install both ends then it binds up when you close the door.

Hmm i didn't know that. I love this community. Thank you folks.
Does anyone know the correct part number for the trim?
I have the OEM puma wire harness for the pwr wondows /cdl that has this same square end on it.

Thank you.

Just spoke to Arthur over at Rovers North and apparently the correct part is not available , Some of the others that show up are smooth with the holes at all. so I guess it's just as well I will dremel out the correct size hole and report back.
I think a visit to Surfside 4x4 in Pompano is in order to try to find one with the rectangular hole and measure it out for size.
