FWIW the URO one has failed after way too few miles. The stock spec equivalent unit is a Hayden 2634 which seems to vary between 60 and 90 bucks depending on store. That's a massive variation!
Even the HD version of that Hayden fan clutch will have your fan spinning all the time. I would consider one as a trail spare, but not as a permanent unit - don't like wobbling water pump shafts and broken fan blades.
