Is Ashcroft really the only game in town? My LT77 was rebuilt by Ashcroft but I don’t buy it directly. It has maybe 5K miles on it and the 3rd synchro is basically gone. I can’t shift in or out if the rpms are over 1K.

I checked into Winchester gears based on @Napalm00 reco. They will be doing my V8 trans and transfer when the time comes. Great stuff coming out of their garage (via social media). They were very responsive, prices were in line with Ashcroft.

Their website currently says they won’t ship to the US. I sent an email to see if there is any exceptions.

They do....

"As the item is going abroad, we do not require an exchange unit back.
For abroad we are offering outright buys, there is an additional £200 on the above pricing, but we do not require your old unit back.

The courier DHL has come back at £340, there are additional charges which will need to be paid to DHL, when the item reaches the country.

The current lead time is approx 8 weeks + shipping.

Kind Regards
