Sighted: My first Defender
Saw this at the local grocery this morning. Met the new owner. Cool guy. This one was my first Defender that I sold a couple three or four years ago. He painted the car and went black on some of the bits. It actually looked pretty decent although I prefer the classic look.

I think he is on the forums, local tuck to Cville. Saw it next to Milli Joe.

Found this NAS D90 sitting outside a local Land Rover dealership here in Chicago. Not for sale - they told me they use it as a press car. Looked decent, though.

At least they apparently use it. The dealer here has one inside the sales office that I have never seen move in at least a decade. They say it is a decoration only.

My dealer has 1 or 2 series trucks.
They have had 1 sitting on the rocks (inside) for years and then it was gone. A couple months later they had another one and I am pretty sure that they aren't the same.
Palita's in Kennett Square has had a camel trophy Disco parked in the same spot for years also. It has to be considered a decoration by now.
