Shipping with Tnt from UK

So I ordered a bunch of parts from paddocks back in early december. 2 of 3 boxes came in a reasonable time but my 3rd box is my radiator and of course that has been stuck in customs forever, so now i've been waiting for over month now. I've sent a two messages to tnt and no real response beyond they updated my tracker to stuck in customs after the first message.

Is there customs issues going on with the UK due to Brexit? Anyone having similar issues?

I was hoping to have my radiator in by mi january, my other rad got a hole punch in it while trailering it plus it was full of gunk and needed to be replaced anyhow.

You're going to have to call the local TNT office, not the one in the UK. They are extremely hard to get a hold of, most likely it's stuck in customs because it needs duties paid.

TNT doesn't even do shipping here in the US I forget who they use for the last mile delivery. It's probably USPS

Good to know - I just ordered doors from SP 4x4 and the lady said they use TNT for shipping. I'm hoping it's not a mess as the shipping wasn't cheap.

So TNT is Fedex in the USA. I called 1 800 558 5555 and that connected me directly to fedex rep that was able to find that the radiator was stuck in backlog in Memphis.

Everyone is having trouble moving packages these days. I think Covid is getting the better of shipping companies. It’s certainly adversely affecting car production.
