Hey everyone, I've got a fresh 4.2 v8 from the Wedge Shop in my 110, but I'm struggling to find the "right" v belt pulley and bracket arrangement. I've got one that is passable, but it's def not proper.
I'm running power steering and an alternator, no AC. The PS arrangement came off an RRC, so it's not perfect. PS is obviously low and on the LH side (drivers), and alternator is high and RH side (passenger), and crank pulley is a single belt variant, but all of this could change.
A) Does anyone know if this combo was ever a stock option? Or was every 4.2 serp belt?
B) any good source for different size and offset pulleys? My 3 bolt PS pulley from the RRC setup was originally heavily offset, but with the current arrangement I likely need 0 offset. I'm using one from a diesel and it's much smaller than the original for the RRC, so I'm sure i'm just slowly murdering this PS pump.
I've gotten alignment to be OK, but it's not 100% perfect, it's slightly jury rigged, and I KNOW I need a better PS pulley solution at some point. Sourcing advice appreciated!
