So I ended up installing power windows and locks(thanks to javelinadave for the motivation) He wrote up the power window portion already.
I ended up installing an aftermarket power lock setup because I wasn't sure if I would be able to get the OEM actuators to work with an aftermarket alarm. I installed this kit: https://www.ebay.com/itm/394295126531. (eBay seller boltonbits, I found going on eBay.co.uk shows more products, I messaged the seller and they were able to do international shipping)
the kit comes with a remote setup that was absolute junk,i would get a kit without it and just buy a viper kit local in the US, I went with the viper 4105V
and picked up this relay kit: https://www.crutchfield.com/p_607451M/XpressKit-451M.html?omnews=18070906
I had drilled 20mm holes and used a nibbler I picked up on amazon to square the holes(20mmx27mm) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0002KRACO?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
I used a newer style interior door skin for the power window setup, but was able to adapt it to work with the old style lock kit. this part was relatively straight forward. I drilled the inner skin and ran the screw thru the actuator to the skin and that was able to secure the panel
The back door was not so straight forward because the kit from eBay looks to be for a back door with no rear wiper? so I ended up taking one of the rear actuators and bracket and drilling and using a rivnut to secure it to the door. (sorry I don't have any pictures without the panel on) I didn't cut the panel the cleanest, but it did the job.
So after the solenoids were all installed, I ran the wires up to behind the cluster and wired it to that relay kit using this diagram:
so I now have power door locks and I can add remote start if I ever become motivated enough to do it.
