OME Spring Sag?

Has anyone experienced spring sag with OME? My OME (Heavy duty Front 751 and Rear 755) were installed in 2013 when I replaced the chassis. I have a front winch bumper (Ships Mech, 10k warn with synthetic line, dual batteries under the driver seat and I also have a 60qt engle fridge/freezer in the second row behind the driver. I generally balance the load with 10gal of water on the right side and 5gal of diesel . Initial level was within 1/4" side to side and over the last eight years it has sagged heavily to the driver side with 1.75" difference side to side, front and rear today. This sag seems to be accelerated lately to the point it is time to do something. If it is the OME springs are there other options that may be better today? The suspension as configured has done exceptionally well for me on the trail and I don't really see a need to change especially to a stiffer setup. To go with the setup I have the lowered shock mounts and dislocation cones at the rear with the OME Nitrocharger shocks

I think that nothing has changed in OME spring development since you've bought yours. I've actually never had an OME spring sag but I have had a terrafirma spring do it.

If you want like a custom setup there's a guy who goes by the handle full flex springs on Instagram that'll make you anything you want based in the UK

Haven’t noticed sag— but you could add a spacer. I’m on same ome springs since 1999

Old ones didn't. Don't know if OME changed suppliers at some point - maybe, for it seems their Nitrocharger shocks failure rate is now close to 100%.

I put a fresh set of OME springs (heavy duty) and shocks about 3 years ago. 110 CSW 200tdi. Nothing crazy with the set up, but full SD roll cage. In the last couple month I noticed about an inch sag. Not a ton of off roading and probably 10k total miles. Going to have to put fresh springs on it now. Concerned about buy OME again.

I've been on 751/764 they have definitely sagged over the years, I don't have measurements. It was very apparent when parked next to 3" RTE springs on a similarly configured SW.

I will say OME “lift” when new is closer to 1-1.5” lift where as RTE 3” is 3”. That said, less lift keeps center of gravity lower and all I’d do for up to about 35” tires, imho, due to all off camber stuff in CO and Moab. Not saying folks dont have sag— just hate seeing 3”+ lifted rigs on 33” tires…. Personally, I havent sagged. and not a conversation I’d ever have/ask with my wife…lol.

Went with 2766 fronts and 754 rears. We shall see what the "lift" really is with the weight I have in the front and still waiting on bumper and winch. Just hope the springs lift the front enough to keep it stock height.
