Old school key blanks for sale. They aren't the long ago discontinued Genuine STC4798 as shown in the plastic bag, but as close as you'll get to it as you can see from the one on top of the bag.

(I just can't bring myself to open and use that last remaining Genuine key... yes, I have a problem....)

$35 USD each, shipping included.

Here's some photos of my original (left) and these new blanks (right). You can see the reason I got the new one - the key split at the top, and I was always worried about losing it.

The plastic in the new blank is harder and seems less likely to break than in the original. It's also a bit thicker than the original. But the look is very similar.

So the original key blank does not have metal under the plastic of the key ring loop section?

The aftermarket key you show is the JMA #LFROP which is a steel key--I have bought many off ebay. Just beware that some folks have had trouble with some places cutting them as they are steel--I had absolutely no problem getting them cut but several others have posted issues so you may need to take them to more than one place. Home Depot cut mine in 30 seconds.... The originals are made by Lowe & Fletcher.
