No Love for Forum Owners

I have to say I miss the Chris VonC days of D-90source.
I hope you and the family are doing well.
Good luck to Chris and Dave with NAS-ROW.
Not that I am a heavy poster, but I plan on migrating here.
I guess I'm lucky over at defendersource to be grandfathered from seeing all of the advertisements. I had to visit the site without logging in to realize how many ads there are.

I'm an original member over at D-Source, I believe I am member number 3 or so. I love this community and enjoy its people. I have met members all over the US and in a few other countries in my travels. My original goal was to buy The Birmabright Brotherhood website and grow its potential but the owner had no interest in selling it.
With the last sale of the D-Source I approached Chris with the idea of starting an add free site for people to enjoy. He had the knowledge and I had the want to give the Defender community a choice. We did the work (actually Chris did) and we will cover the bills till the board dies or we die, it is that simple. Thank you for the kind words and welcome.

Thanks, everyone. Really glad that you all are here. This week has been a little trying. There are a lot of hurt feelings on D.S., understandably. You definitely can't please everyone but we're trying to do our best to make this a good place to be.
