Finished this panel off for a client today. Upholstered in Ebony Black Alston (Alcantara) to match an Adventure Edition headliner. There is absolutely no stretch in this material, yet the upholstery still is wrapped neatly around the complex curves. No seams, no folds or wrinkles. How is this done? Well, my upholsterer apprenticed at the Jaguar Coverntry factory for 4 years in the 80's... there's no substitute for experience! He does incredible work.

Carefully packaged up for shipping, off to a well deserving client.

As any of my previous clients can attest to, these panels fit better than most of the stock Landrover trim panels. They are solid, very well crafted and look like a factory original interior panel. They are meticulously packaged in order to arrive at your door in perfect condition. It's the only solution to fit 6 1/2" speakers in the upper rear of a Defender, and that's a huge improvement in sound quality.

Most of the panels to date the I have done are grey or black, with a finish to match the trim, but there are lots of possibilities. Alcantara, carbon fiber wrap, Ripple Grey headliner.... take your pick.

I currently have a couple clients ready to order, so I am looking for additional people to join this next group run. Puma, or pre-Puma trim, take your pick for upholstery finishing.

Panels are $525 including trackable shipping to the lower 48.

Can I just say that using that EPS as packing material is a terrible idea. It breaks down very quickly and the recipient winds up with a box full of dust. It doesn't protect very well. Bubble wrap would be a far better choice.

The panel and bezels are double wrapped individually in bubble wrap, then stretch-wrapped together. The foam is trimmed to the inner dimension height of the box, once stretch-wrapped to the panel, it holds the panel in place within the custom carton . There is NO movement inside the box whatsoever. The foam does not break down during the 7-10 days it take to deliver.

I have shipped close to 100 of these panels in the last 2 1/2 years. To date, there has not been one report of any damage in shipping, or any breakdown of the packaging materials.

I had considered using an injected molded foam liner to hold things in place, but it's not a viable product at the cost. Aside from the time and material cost to make these panels, the time and cost invested to package and

ship them so they arrive in pristine condition is considerable.

You should order a panel and see what condition things are when they arrive.
