I bought this in October with hopes to work it in to my photography workflow shooting tethered. Just not my style and health issues makes me want the cash back. It came out of the box 3x. It's the biggest and top of its class iPad. 256 gig cellular/wifi and 12.9" screen. Space Grey in color. I'm in it for over $1,300 with AppleCare.
