New fuel injector leaking.

I have replaced the injectors in my new to me D90, 19J 2.5TD motor. I have one injector that is leaking fuel and it appears to be leaking from the bore in the head that the injector fits into. I have replaced the combustion seal and the copper ring twice and still leaking.

I see in the parts breakdown of the head that there is a Injector Shroud p/n # ERC9501, what is that part and could that be causing the leak?

I kinda of think the leak is in the injector itself. When I removed the injector to replace the seals I didn't find anything obviously wrong and the cap that holds actual nozzle in place was tight.

The injectors that I installed are Britpart brand from LRDirect.

Anyone had this same problem? Any suggestions?
Thanks

Swap it with a different injector that is not leaking on a different cylinder and if the leak moves you have a
Defective injector.
Britpart is cheap replacement parts.
Good thing you're not using them to rebuild a series transmission.

Similar to OP, but head has NO injector shrouds.

Anyone ever F with these things?
