making a return hose for a custom turbo.

At first i was looking for the block side thread of ERR335, the oil return adapter. If you happen to know this would make my life easier.

Seen here: https://www.lrworkshop.com/diagrams/land-rover-defender-engine/200tdi/turbocharger_53167

then i saw that very early 2.5TD simply used a threaded elbow and check nut. This could also work but, ive never seen one on an engine

anyone have the thread pitch and size or a good snap of the early part?

I found my old Disco 200tdi drain line. There is an adapter from the block to the line.

Funny enough I've been looking for a pinion nut for my Toyota E-Locker that is a M22mm-1.5mm (https://www.yukongear.com/productdetails.aspx?ProdID=8450). The nut thread right onto the adapter.

Hope this helps - I would love to hear about the custom turbo you are doing.

Totally helps! I suspected it was m22x1.5 on the block side .

soon as I get the turbo in the mail I'll shoot you an update on what it's all about! Should be here next week.

Really appreciate it .
