NAS front sway location help

would someone with a NAS who can take a couple pix of your front and rear sway bar link setup.

Here is pic of the front sway bar & drag link. I think the sway bar should be above the link.

Common mistake, results of driving like that can be pretty disastrous though!

To further add (or ask), are those sway bars supposed to move or flex a bit with the axle at the bushing? Not sure if it should be locked tight as possible or meant to flex a bit.

can you elaborate what could go wrong? I'm going to correct it, but curious about severity of the problem.

My coworker installed it underneath and it mangled the track rod causing the wheels to point outwards.
