Hey everyone. I'm in the market for a 110, and have located one that I am very interested in. I've been working through some details, but I'm a bit nervous to send a big chunk of change out of the country to someone I don't know! Just looking for some feedback from any of you that have dealt with this outfit in the past. Advice, experience, etc.... Feel free to message me if that is more appropriate. I'm not looking to publicly trash anyone, so if your comments are negative please send them along in private. Michael has been great to deal with thus far. Thank you all, and Merry Christmas!

Hes legit. He's had one or two issues in the past with someone unsatisfied sellers but from what I've seen is not a criminal like most overseas Rover sellers.

I helped facilitate a deal for my cousin on 200tdi 110 earlier this year from Michael. Michael was straightforward, easy to deal with, and did a great job rolling with the punches of Covid restrictions. Truck eventually made it to my cousin early summer and was as described, if not better in some ways. I would not hesitate to purchase from him

Edit - One major thing you have to consider is expectations. Being in the business, I know what to expect with a 25+ year old Rover. If you expect a G-wagon, you're going to be disappointed no matter who you buy from

Thankfully I've had multiple land rovers over the years, and this will be my second defender. I feel like I have realistic expectations. I'm hunting a solid truck to use in the mountains, not a garage queen! Thanks for the feedback.

Michael, has a history on this forum and that counts. I’ve bought from him and have sent others to him who have bought as well. I highly doubt he’d risk his rep on a truck.

I just received my truck from Mike. Don't worry your money will not fall into a black hole.

My recommendation would be to make sure you ask for detailed pictures. That way you have no surprises when it shows up. My truck was in desperate need of a headliner. Had I known I would have ordered one sooner

I had 1 gripe with him at the beginning of the transaction which was I paid for the truck but he didn't have a clear title on his end. I assumed he did. I ended up waiting an extra month for the paperwork to be completed. Not his fault on the time, but it was unexpected.
