LS Fuel Delivery Modules

After trying a bunch of different configurations for feeding the LS swaps in trucks with rear and side-mounted steel fuel tanks, I ended up designing these flanges to serve as a drop-in solution and figured these could be of use to a lot of the DIY'ers performing these swaps. The module utilizes the existing 5 bolt flange found on most diesel tanks, and provides a supply and return line as needed on an LS. Internally, the module uses the two rigid nylon return and supply tubes to position the fuel pump and screen on the floor of your tank. Externally, the supply and return ports are tapped for 1/4" NPT which allows the end user to fit either barbed or AN type fuel fittings. These are $340 shipped CONUS.

The kit includes:

- Fuel module flange
- Stainless mounting hardware
- Walbro 190LPH fuel pump
- Fuel pump screen
- 3/8" nylon feed tube
- 3/8" barbed fitting
- 5/16" nylon return tube
- 5/16" barbed fitting
- 2x viton sealed cord grips for power and ground wires
- Pigtail for fuel pump
- Hose clamps

I've been trying to locate these but I had no luck. Any chance of sharing the contact info to where I can find them? Thanks
Nick sold his company to Turnkey Engine Supply, so I would try them. Ash Heller (Geared Restoration) is who made them for Nick. I’m not sure if Turnkey sells them.

Fwiw, I’ve gone away from using steel tanks because they do not have a proper vapor dome to allow for expansion of the fuel. There is also no provision for the fuel tank pressure sensor if you’re using a steel tank. I’ve been using a custom fuel tank flange with various fuel pumps, but it is a very expensive way to do it correctly.
