As 2020 continues to prove itself the worst year in recent history, there is a silver lining. Earlier in the year we were able to bring new aftermarket LHD lower dashes to the market - https://www.roversnorth.com/parts/pli586_lower_dash_assembly_without_speaker_defender

And now we can say the same about the long sought after angled dash piece. This is a high quality, flexible(for install) replacement for the LHD angled vent panel found in the majority of LHD Defenders from 83-1998. They are being made in black(a factory option), but I suppose if you wanted to spray them to the common primer grey color you could. @Z.G Have you played with the panel yet? Hoping it is not too stiff--seems like they always need a bit of manipulation to get them in the right position. I am in need, but we are about to buy a house so all purchases are temporarily suspended per management (wife).

Very flexy, that was part of the design process. And yes, you definitely need to flex them quite a bit to install them

ZG: You guys are brilliant and moving in exactly the right direction to support owners here. And who knows, you could be shipping interior parts to the UK in the future....

As for chevy engines.... If you did Buick V8 then you'd be on to something............... :)

OMG! L,MAO!!!

the vent is awesome And I’ll definitely be getting one (or two) when my life stabilizes from our pending move. Seeing folks want $600 for a brittle old one that was Buying/stockpiling them to sell before others could get one was frustrating. Same thing with Safarigard bumpers....so happy to see them come out and bring that market back to reality. You folks are really pulling me back into the fold.
