Agree, could be a nice truck. Lose the bumper grill protector thing and roof rack. That said, why do all that custom crap without at least putting wing marker lights back in?

You're getting into grey area now. There are many "land rovers that suck" that can be fixed pretty easily. This thread is for land rovers that suck currently regardless of potential. One that comes into mind is the super clean AA yellow with the terrible bumpers
Fair enough! I see what you mean and rescind my unsuckiness! :)

You just don't understand. This is one of those "garage kept" "expedition trucks". He did spend a lot of money on the driveline -atlas, Dana 60/70s, etc, but is has the full Jeep appearance group hood and a delusional price. But, as PT Barnum said, there is a sucker born every minute...

…or went up-and-over with the intercooler hose. You know, cause that couldn’t have planned any better for $400k…. Not surprised I haven’t seen it on the trails here in CO…. Like one of those gym rats that pumps iron to go to the bars…

@Roverman2010 I am pretty sure that the winch is to lower and raise the spare 37" tire. Those do get heavy...particularly as you get older. I would not be surprised if they weigh 100-125lbs which is getting a little heavy for folks my size...

I hear you about lifting wheel , but the way the wire is coming off the drum would just mess up the roof. Needs to come off over the top.

I konw the guy that built this, it started life as an original NAS 110. now its 99% custom. I also know the build cost more than the asking price. It was being built about 5 years ago, and they tried various engines along the way. They added extra length to the engine bay to accomodate the V8 diesel.
