Land Rovers That Suck

The truck is actually sweet. Just lots of little things for a 175,000 dollar truck. They took a very nice kitted out truck and slapped an LS and upgraded drivetrain / suspension in it.

I like that they emulated a south down type snorkel.

Some points:
- Cheap label maker labels on the switches, MY truck doesn't even have that and i'm cheap.
- Foot well trim is falling down, they don't have the trim pieces in
- original seats with obviously old cushions
-Radio? (might be in cubby)
-literally no info on the truck, even the year is wrong (1988) and the vin is missing a digit.
-they tell nothing of what work they have done with it.

Only the price sux:

To their credit, the rear seatbacks and roof nets aren't all stretched out. Although one would think the passenger seat stitching would have been corrected. If you've the means and the set-aside for preservation sake, this is the one.

That one had a ton of work done at Congleton before going to Copley. I drove it around to take some photos for them, it was fun to be in a nice D1 again.

This one is now on Facebook for $30k. Wasn’t it on CL for $7k?

If it's an artist's rendition, no Land Rovers were harmed.
If not, I need someone to splain it. Usually, I can follow a custom hot rodder's thinking, no matter how bizarre, but this baffles me. The 2 spares out the back have me bricked solid.
