Intermediate v8 Timing cover

I need a timing cover off of 1995 Discovery 1 for a project I'm working on to remove GEMS from my 99. I really want to keep my serpentine driven accessories, but run a distributor and alternate fuel injection setup. This is the last piece I need to the puzzle.

I’d don’t think I have one but would love to know why you would switch from gems to 14cux
