Interior Door Trim Piece

Looking for an interior door trim piece (or part number) for older-style, rear lift-up, roll-up door.

Not the escutcheon, but the (two-part?) trim piece that goes around it.

Missing the bottom half.

Some suppliers show as NLA, others list them still.
I haven't ordered any yet (even though I am missing two halves).
Trying to decide if I'm keeping my original door cards that are in okay condition or replacing with something stronger than cardboard.

After a short Google search of the the part number, also known as a bezel, plate, interior back plate, etc., but mostly known as NLA.

I feel like almost any door panel related Defender part is NLA.

That's a standard for the time door latch design used on many Austin and Morris cars including 1100/1300/1800/2200/'axi etcetc
Clubs for those cars must have sources!
