How dirty is dirty? Intake

Filter is good. MAF is “new” and still clean. The grunge starts here. Everything else back to the filter is good. So is this too dirty? Should I try to clean from here, or open the chamber? Could this be causing idle at 1000+?

Clean it with some ether or brake parts cleaner, these engines seem dirty... I like Amsoil powerfoam, I'm amazed at how much smoke is produced during a treatment. That isnt really all that dirty, good luck

Seafoam maybe? I actually have some in the garage right now. I'll look into the Amsoil stuff.
