Help: R380 tunnel cover (300Tdi LT77 conversion)

I'm having a heck of a time finding a diagram that shows how the plastic tunnel cover on my truck interfaces with the seat box. My seat box was originally a LT77 version but Brian Hall @ Defenders Northwest fashioned an aluminum adapter that we attached to the trimmed seatbox. This has not been an optimal long-term setup and leaks air like a sieve.

I want to find a more proper adapter for the R380 seat box conversion, but I also need to understand how the plastic tunnel cover is supposed to mate with the seat box. Is there a seal there? I can't find a diagram.

Can someone help me find the right LT77 -> R380 adapter (I seem to remember somebody was fabricating them) and the proper seal/plate/whatever that interfaces between the two pieces?

I got mine from Ship's here in Portland, but not sure what would be wrong with Brian's. Might even be the same thing, since Doug did have several of them made. Is it the adapter/seat box side that is letting air in?

Rover used a huge amount of foam rubber glued to the underside of the tunnels to get them to seal.

I figured out the problem. There's no thick seal like I had in mind because the seat box is supposed to have a flange where the tunnel cover mates. My adapter has no flange. It looks like we used some kind of Home Depot / RV store rubber seal to try to close the gap but it never really worked. Time to pull this adapter and replace with the RN model.
