Good stuff (again) - Zack at Rovers North

He's received many a shout-out before, including from me, but here's another one for excellent customer service - again.

Learned today that the washer for the drain plug on the oil sump is not the same across all 11L 200tdi's.

Saved me potential drip and/or leak on a $1 part.

Thumbs up.

So glad we have guys like Zack, Lav (SDO), Stephen (Safari), Trevor (rovahfarn), and Brian (Defenders NW) around. Probably missed a few others, but that crew has come through for me time and again on these dang tractors.

+1 for Zack! He helped me sort out my panhard rod issues. Get this man a NAS-ROW Technical Excellence sticker!

Yep, he is a good guy. Bought an NRP exhaust for my 90 project and he took good care of me. I will say that Greg at RN has as well, I suspect they are all great guys...

BUT...

At the first WNLRR Zack brought me out a rare brand of beer(in the western US anyway) ;) if that doesn't tell you he is a good guy, I don't know what will.

What are the potential part numbers? I just got a new one based on the # out of the book

Sealing washer:

Before 11L383389A = PLF013 (Rovers North Part Number) / ETC????

11L383389A and higher = PLF014 (Rovers Notth Part Number) / ETC7398

I needed the PLF013 (and didn't know it) and Zack saved me from ordering PLF014.

Talked to him yesterday randomly, he doesn't know me from Adam, but he was awesome.
Seriously, his input here makes me call them first.

I heard Zack likes Nickelback.

There are no words for this evil.

I appreciate the very nice compliments, Brian. It was funny to go through that scenario with you, after just having done the same with Dave S. on his 300tdi sump plug washer.

What's the story about the Coke a Cola machine Zack?

I'm assuming you mean the one here at RN?? Well, I'm not a fan of sodas, so it has 3 different flavors of Polar seltzer, and occasionally has Coke in it. And it takes people's money every so often.

My 110 finally has a working shovel and my passenger has a seatbelt that is not a couple of bungee cords holding belt tension...

Quick turnaround on a dash piece with tab snapped. He's the man!
