Sure thing, looks like this. My architect (grumble…) likes to work in pen-and-ink for some reason much to the annoyance of everyone else who has to create and install a dimensionally accurate item.

The top floor is pretty straightforward- it has a full bath, a bed room area, a bunk bed over the stairs, and washer/dryer etc in addition to the HVAC closet.

Draft of bunk bed design below. While the garage and mezzanine are Victorian/Edwardian, the top floor changes to a British mid-century design.

Looks great. Is the 3rd floor landing area going to be a lounge/TV area or are you setting up the bunk beds there and treating the BR as the master suite?

Yeah, Argelith. I can do the stripe because it comes in all sort of safety-related variations for industrial applications etc. I’m not going to deliberately drop stuff on it to test it for you though.

I spent a day or so installing these bookshelves for my wife on the otherwise wasted space over the basement (not mine) emergency exit stairs. The faux brick wall behind the bookcases worked out really well, it’s Evolve stone and just nails up with 16ga nails. The plywood covered area below will also get covered with the stone as well after the installation of some other elements.

I hope for your sake you keep 90w off those tiles - I cringe at the thought of how slippery it could be.

I only got so much done before having to pack the place full and depart overseas. the appliances haven’t arrived yet, plumbing fixtures aren’t installed, and of course tons of crap isn’t unpacked so the place looks like a glorified u-store-it. But most electrical fixtures are in, railings are complete, vehicles are stored, and cat bubbles are functional. Morgan is stashed in the basement which sadly is not my space!
