Yep, that's the code you need if you need to call the manufacturer to get a replacement for it.... Don't lose it! :)
I think I was looking at the manufacturer web site earlier this week for someone stuck with a Disco Sport at a tire shop because he did not have the proper socket to undo his lugs: https://mcgard.com/lrj/
