I have completed my Cummins R2.8 swap on my 1988 Ninety.
Up for sale, Best Offer plus shipping
Will post pictures shortly.

Free 19J - new boost diaphragm, fan shroud, radiator, misc. hoses
has 172,554 miles, smoked some but ran fine, stayed up with traffic on freeway (70ish, no uphill).
I am not interested in parting it out - due to time and remainder becoming scrap heap

$250 - LT230 - 1.4 Transfe case - same mileage as above. no problems, locked fine. Replaced by Ashcroft 1.2

$100 - Lt77 - no shifting issue, replaced with Ashcroft HD to support the new R2.8

$75 each - Rover (open) diffs and axle shafts. (replaced with Ashcroft ATB's and new shafts)

Currently this is all sitting on a pallet under a tarp. Pretty sure my wife will want it out by spring.

not positive for us ground....shipping via DHL from Ashcroft was about $360 - not sure what actual was.

Gotcha. I am definitely interested pending shipping charges, as the ratio will work much better for my rig.
