Door speaker wire routing

I'm running wire for door speakers and I'm trying to figure out how the factory is routing speaker wire through the bulkhead. I've drilled the appropriate size hole in the bulkhead for my rubber conduit but I've run into the other side of the bulkhead sheet now I'm not sure where to go next. Did the factory drill another hole through the front of the bulkhead to get the wiring into the engine bay...or did they route the wire down out of the bottom of the bulkhead?

Disregard. I went ahead and drill through the other side which comes out behind the eyebrow. All you have to do is to keep drilling, through the front wall of the bulkhead, pull the eyebrow and pop grommet in there and you have a great route for your wire.

Mine had the wires for the door switches in that area. They do trace up the door pillar/bulkhead and come out in the dash area, not too far from the hole. Of course how you routed works just as well.

Bumping this thread because Im trying to do the same. Need to get speaker wire from the front doors to the cubby box without wrapping around the bulkhead. Anyone know how the NAS trucks are wired?

NAS has it go through the door side of bulkhead, up the bulkhead pillar and exits into engine bay up top. I can take a pic in the morning of location.

You responding reminded me that I didn't respond to your PM earlier, sorry! I opened it, was reading it, but today we finally went down to 4/7 sales guys so it was hectic. Shoot me an email if you can about the kit, and also if you have the photos. Thanks!

This is the location on far left. Identical location on right. I find it easiest to drop a string with washer from the top and grab it at the grommet hole and use the sting to pull the wiring/speaker harness.

Oh man, that looks like a PITA with the heater box location haha, but makes sense. Thank you!

yep. Plus it’s right under the top of the fender. If wires are already there you can use them to pull new wire. Otherwise I taped pull string during assembly.
