Have 1997 D90 NAS will be going to paint in next couple of months. Has anyone had great luck removing dents and creases. Tips etc appreciated

Are you looking to do the work yourself or are you looking for a recommendation of a body shop? In my experience, straightening aluminum door skins has been difficult and I ended up replacing the skins.

How bad? Where? Pics? Not impossible

This is something the body shop would normally repair themselves by pulling the dents and using filler (process is actually much more complicated than this) to smooth the remaining imperfections. This is time consuming though, so they should advise whether replacing the panel is most cost effective.

I would research a good dent "wizard" pointless dent repair. Back in the Ferrari days of my youth we'd have them come in and fix the customers cars, its pretty amazing what they can fix..

Straightening alum is becoming a lost art form.
Bondo doesn't stick well with alloy. DA sanders can create enough heat to warp the panel.
Pretty sure replacement panels are cheap compared to body shop labor.
