Defender fuel recess cover

I was messing around with the calipers and Fusion 360 design software today. Measurements were from an old Defendoor I had laying around, so I'm not sure how great they are given the age and warpage of the old piece. I plan to print this is TPE, which is a little more flexy than PLA. Let me know if anyone is interested in a print or the .stl file if I get this right.

i've been waiting for someone to do this! i think you would have a ton of people interested across a variety of defender sites and groups.

This is the 1st print attempt in PLA to check for fitment and dimensions. It is definitely too rigid, but seems to fit well. I am running one in flexi TPU now.

Can you share the files? I'll try a few materials also. I'll open in fusion also.

I tried to attached the stl file, but it says it is an unsupported file type. PM me your email address and I can send it to you that way. I know there is a way to share it in Fusion, but I am truly a novice with that software.
