D2 O2 Sensor Wackiness

So the D2 started running rough. Using the OBD2 data, I found the Bank 2 Front O2 sensor was stuck at zero (code for faulty bank 2 set). Bank 1 front was able to oscillate between 0.16 is and 0.75 ish. No big deal, bank 2 sensor is dead, I go buy two new O2 sensors. Both bosch, one is made in USA, one doesn't say where it's made. I installed both. Get in truck, fire it up, Bank 1 front O2 sensor stuck at zero, Bank 2 Front O2 sensor oscillating normally. Code for faulty bank 1 set. Well crap, the autoparts r us sold me a bad O2. So I grab the old bank 1 sensor, put it back in. Fire the truck up. Both are stuck at zero volts.

Am I crazy? Bank 1 is LH, Bank 2 is RH, correct? I cleaned the contacts out with CRC Contact Cleaner prior to install and let it dry, otherwise I am stumped.

I am letting the exhaust cool down and will troubleshoot more before I go to work in the AM.

if your vehicle is denoted as having advanced emissions, you need bosh sensors, they are identified by orange connector plug, the way to decipher the emissions system is thru the V.I.N.
