big fan of elon, still wrapping my mind around this one. crazy specs, 110/220 onboard, stupid power/speed, tons of room inside, semi-strong glass, hardened stainless steel skin/exo, the usual tesla tech. Pretty damn cheap for 10 second 1/4 mile, 3 motor, 500 mile range model ($70K)

I think he forgot to unveil the Earth model, this is the Mars version. They need to throw in that ATV.

Been letting it sink in a little. Still hate how it looks. 146k+ pre order already, but guessing a good number will back out. Either way, short of the looks department, it checks all the boxes. Power on demand, better range than most conventional at the high end model, and even the off road numbers, angles, etc. This, and all Teslas tech on top of it, makes a solid vehicle, especially for the price.

I change my stance that none will sell, to a measurable amount will sell. The world is ready for vehicles that have been in movies for the past 50 years.

Sweetest El Camino on the market. Who pre-ordered one? Someone here had to.

I keep asking myself if this is real or not? Cool they got to the 500 mile range. I feel like it’s a DeLorean unicorn in the making. But I’ve always wanted a DeLorean to..

If it actually is available for about $40,000, I expect it will sell rather well. My impression of the Tesla owners I know is they are like adoring parents. It is much more than a car to them. Tesla having a truck will just bring in more followers.

One guy I know has two and a ton of Tesla stock. I said something to the effect of it being a risky stock. He said, it is sure thing, no concerns at all, the technology alone is worth more than the stock is today.

I dunno?
