My 96 ROW 110 came with a locking cubby box that had no keys. Given these lock assemblies are NLA and ridiculously priced where they can be found, I was bout to give up, rip out the keyless latch and go with something else. Due diligence paid off though. I was able to identify the key lock type and a key replacement company in UK. https://www.replacementkeys.co.uk/neiman-e-series-keys.html
If you know your key code, you can give it to them online and they will cut a match, since the codes define the cut. Since I had no key, and the code is not marked on the barrel that I could find, I picked a random code in the range and had them cut 2 copies. Once I received them, I was able to match and reassign the pins in the 7 pin holes to match the keys. took about 30 minutes.
I'll take some pics when it isn't freezing out to share for posterity
