Costco Duracell Power Station / Secondary Battery Option

Right now, Costco has an $80-off discount on the Duracell PowerSource 660, which is basically a 660 watt-hour AGM battery in a nicely designed solid case, with included charge controller and inverter. Cost is $420 after discount until August 29.

If you want a portable "all-in-one" secondary battery setup that can also be used as a battery backup in your house, this is a viable option. Unlike the National Luna battery boxes (which are insanely flimsy given how much they cost), this case is *extremely* solid, and the layout looks very functional for my usage.

I also have a Jackery box, which is a great piece of kit, except that it is nearly impossible to pack around once the 12-volt cigarette power-sockets are attached due to the lengthwise orientation, and because of the handle, it's difficult to stack on top of.

I will probably eventually build my own box setup around a lithium battery (faster recharges and higher energy density per unit weight), and should also just bite the bullet and install a dual battery setup on my daily driver for family road trips with the Engel cooler, but this is a decent (albeit, very heavy) "turn-key" option:
