clutch pedal soft when cold

clutch has been odd lately.
When its ~30F or colder outside the pedal feels like it has no pressure and the bite is almost off the floor. Normally the clutch has a high friction point. after a bit of driving the clutch went back to normal this morning.

Was thinking of an LOF clutch master and an OEM slave

I do know I eventually need a gearbox rebuild as I have a grind when going into 2nd and slight grind going into 3rd. I was looking into the LOF clutch kits, I just don't know if I should get the heavy duty due to the amount of stop and go traffic the truck sees.

Pretty much I don't want to place multiple small orders.

was going to order from: https://www.onlinegearboxparts.com

The lof stuff is good quality. The hd clutch will feel very similar to the stock clutch, it's a worthwhile upgrade.

I'm just getting my truck going with the lof master and oem slave. The lof master makes the pedal so lightweight it almost feels broken. I'm having trouble getting used to it frankly. Take of that what you will.
