Buying Bosch diesel and TDI parts source

Im always looking for a deal so when it comes to replacement parts I spend some extra time digging. Ive used keva diesel in turkey a few times now and have received quality German and Brazilian made genuine parts evetime ive ordered. Shipping takes about 3-4 days via DHL to the west coast and is affordable.

Id suggest giving them a try if you need hard to find parts.

Here are 200 TDI injector tips for example: https://www.kevadiesel.com/2437010090-bosch-injector-repair-kit-dsla145p208

If they dont list the part just email them the Bosch number and they will add it with in 24hrs. This is how I bought genuine HS2.8 injector tips instead of buying 2.8 injector for 5x the price.

I have been considering sending my injectors out for reconditioning. Does replacing the tips basically accomplish the same thing?

yes thats a 300tdi one. just swapping the tips is like 75% of the rebuild the rest is reshiming if needed and testing. you could prob get away with it if the truck is running well now /opinion

Tdi injector tips are the major wear/service item. LR's suggest replacement interval was around 80k miles. Great resource, thanks for sharing.

Anyone have an assembly diagram for 200Tdi injectors? TL:DR- I have a pile of small parts and springs.

hope the shims are separated by injector, if they arent ......they need to sent out to be flow tested.

wish i had a diagram for you, i have a some complete injectors if that helps. 200 is different internally than 300/2.8

Any trick for ordering on Keva? I tried several credit cards and their system rejects each of them.
