Lot's of cool and overall nicely done parts and a clean overall look on that. But small stuff like the axle breather, missing screws on the headlight surrounds falls a bit short. Saying "Borla Exhuast" is pretty bad when it's a Borla muffler welded between what looks like some random pipes. And I don't see a band clamp within the whole system so good luck when you need to remove it! Pity as that front RW Y-pipe looks so good.177k lol no Axle breather and the exhaust from the n/a 2.5 diesel
I often wonder how much more effort it is to make those horrible cages than to simply buy a proper one. I guess dropping down and tek screwing into the tub and wings is much less work, but it's still a lot of crappy welding to do.Another turd with sprinkles from AlpineElement on BaT:

Non-functional wing intake, cosmetic cage, his trademark cartoonishly tall cubby box, and more! Missing drive flange cap on the front right wheel, flinging grease all over the freshly painted wheels (and lug nuts). The steering drop arm and steering rod look strange too - fitted backwards?
I enjoyed the original owner's letters to his garage regarding work to be accomplished on this ad. To say he was passionate about how work was undertaken on his vehicle, is an understatement. Some times a good one ends up on there. I'd get this one and do absolutely nothing to it. It's perfect. Loved my '96 5-spd.

People are stupid as shithow do elements turkish 'defenders' go for 65k. like power to him but it doesnt seem right when there are so many corners cut. Surely once people buy them they would get annoyed with all the crap like no seatbelts, painted lugs and altered vins. maybe not?
I’m not ruling out shill bidding and other nefarious actions. Better trucks sell for less, even on BaT. There is something about the comments section too, other marques seem to have highly critical comment sections and it’s normal and tolerated. Criticism in Alpine’s auctions especially gets shouted down. I’ve pretty much ascribed it to a young dumbass seller and a crew of enabling dumbasses with collective bad ethics.how do elements turkish 'defenders' go for 65k. like power to him but it doesnt seem right when there are so many corners cut. It's like someone's just taking anything they can find and putting it on the inside for cubby boxes. That is incredible. The hell with the chequer plate on the quarter, how the hell do you shift?
