So I guess they added the Puma dash with the LHD conversion. Black with no a/c. And as far as I can tell no way to open the bulkhead vents.

I think if Fonzie, instead of jumping his motorcycle over a shark, had instead kidnapped the shark, chained it to the wall in his basement, and tortured it for 10 years, we’d be closer to an analogy explaining this truck and the seller.

Just a guess without any research into the VIN, but it was probably a victim of fire damage to the dash and engine bay.
