Brake issues

Hey guys,
Trying to get my truck driveable for SCARR and the brakes are giving me fits. The entire systems is new except for the G valve and the pressure differential warning actuator. New master, wheel cylinders, calipers and lines, except for one line from the master to the PDWA. The booster was not replaced either. The symptom is when I press the pedal the first time it goes to the floor, and then firms up with subsequent pedal pushing. This seems to indicate air but I have bled the system multiple times. I did discover a couple of leaks which were repaired and then bled again with the same result. Trevor from Rovahfarm has come over twice to help bleed and so far it is the same. Any advice is appreciated as no brakes is obviously a show stopper for taking the truck to SCARR.

What you talking about a show stopper to Scarr? You should try driving a 101 towing a series 1 with very wet/oily front brake shoes years three ago to Scarr now that was some fun shite.NOT.
Remember you delivered the brake shoes to me? Not able to make it this year, hopes it's not the last one.

Soooo, had a suggestion to check the adjustment on the rear brake shoes. It has been almost a year since I did the rear part of the system (busy life and all that) so I had erroneously remembered having adjusted them. Turns out they were still all the way out.. Adjusted them properly and that seems to have fixed the problem. Feel like an idiot for chasing my tail assuming it was air in the system, but oh well live and learn i guess. Onward to SCARR!
