What is everyone running for dumping/rebound settings in Blistein 7100?

My springs are 225 lbs/in(Rovertym RR4) in the front.

What is everyone running for dumping/rebound settings in Blistein 7100?

My springs are 225 lbs/in(Rovertym RR4) in the front.

I'm running the following in my 86' 110:

HD Genuine LR springs F/R

Front: 8" 7100 reservoir, 360/80
Rear: 8" 7100 reservoir, 400/100

It rides almost as smooth as my 2013 LR4.
