Been very happy with my Volcano (Volcano Grill)Collapses fairly well into the bag, the grill itself is adequate in terms of size, the ability to use multiple fuels is nice depending on where you are camping, and when you are in a place where ground fires are frowned upon it does well as a fire pit.

Do you use the propane option much? Saw good reviews on stove, except for propane option. Looks pretty cool and the portable fire pit can be a winner. Was envious of those with one at last year's overland expo. No fires allowed except for fire pits.
Thanks

I use a Stan sport 2 burner cook stove and have had great success.
Also use the folding leg grill for over fire cooking.

I need to ask as the snowpeak Web site says it's stainless steel but the specs say 1.5mm chrome plated steel. What is it made of? Thanks

The legs are chrome plated steel, the triangular sides are stainless. It's actually pretty ingenious how it hinges to open and close.

I don't use the propane much, but its nice to have just in case. I have a couple of jet boils and some small butane stoves that I'll use for that kind of cooking by and large but the adapter wasn't that much so I grabbed it anyway.
