Anyone know where I can source this part?

One of the studs is missing from the rad support. I feel like I've found these before but can't seem to find any like it. Checked mcmaster and grainger, etc. but all weld studs have threads on them. Anyone know where I can find a replacement?

Drill weld in a rod, or just drill it out, cut the hole square and weld a carriage bolt.

Then put a nut on top with a fender washer the same size as the rubber.

Bolt with the appropriate length shank, cut the threaded end off. Smooth with grinder, weld in from the back side. Would look OEM

On my 300 install I moved the rad back an inch. I just ground the back off the pins and rewelded them without any kind of backing plate. No issues in the 7 years and 30k miles I've done since then.

So, you could use any steel rod the correct diameter. McMaster does sell weld pins but only up to 1/4" dia.

Did the same. Easy.

All good ideas, thanks guys. I have some rod here so may just do that. Was originally worried if that would hold up so glad to hear others have done that. I guess there really isn't much stress on it once it's in place.

Went with the lag bolt but ground the square shoulder off and left enough for a nice friction fit in the existing hole. Good to go now.
