Anyone have a UK Shipping Address or freight forwarder

I need to get a small envelope of gaskets, likely a few oz from UK, and shipping is about $40 (no idea why). Anyone know of an easier way or recommend a freight forwarder? Was considering for some eBay stuff anyway. Thanks.

if it under 9oz they can ship royal mail but need to physically go to the post office in the uk

How small? My sister and her boyfriend are visiting my wife and kids in the UK end of July. She could easily get them back.
