Project has taken a different turn so I have available a 200tdi defender block, IP, intercooler, a second cleaned and pressure tested head (plus the one on the block) & valve cover. Also have a nib alternator that can be included at full price. Also includes disco front cover to convert for use on a series truck. It's not complete but is a good start, I was told it was working when it was removed. Happy to answer any questions, this will need to be picked up in Northern VA. $1250
