1995 NAS Defender A/C Vents

I am in the process of getting a bid to produce A/C vents for the 1995 NAS Defender with the Wynns air conditioning systems. This is not the same as those used for any other year Defender or any ROW Defender. These were specific to the 1995 NAS Defender only. They were part of the unit that was supplied by Wynns, a Texas-based company, to LRNA. Wynns went out of business in the 90s. I have located the original injection molding company that made the vents for Wynns. They stated that since they haven’t run production for these in many years, it would require a set-up fee and would need to meet their minimum order requirements that are yet to be determined.

I am trying to get an idea if there are any other ’95 Defender owners that would be interested in a set of vents for their vehicle.
The set would consist of:
2 Inboard (large) Part # LRNA23-9116A
2 Outboard (small) Part # LRNA23-9115A
1 Round Heater Vent Part # LRNA23-0555A

Do to a presumably limited run, I am guessing that they may be a couple hundred bucks per set, but I don’t really know yet. If you have some interest, please let me know.

Just tossing this out there— cause I know a couple injection molders and minimums are a killer—you may well consider printing the pieces in lieu of injecting them. Or even milling them if you want. Bet your cost would be lower... I don’t need them, but if I did I’d print them in a heart beat.

Perhaps. In fact that was my first thought until I located the original injection molding company. But they wouldn't be original and someone would need to have a pretty good 3D scanner or a really good familiarity with Fusion or some other CAD software to capture the detail. They are more intricate than they appear to be at first glance.

Did you ever have these made? I am trying to hunt some down. Thanks!!

I also would be up for purchasing a set of these. A couple of mine have disintegrated in the Texas heat.
It does seem like this thread might have gone cold though... If that's the case I might 3D print an inner large one as a test. However, as @greatlander mentioned above it's not the printing that's the issue (although there are some concerns with resolution and heat tolerance etc.) it's creating all the intricate parts first in 3D CAD which is a day or two of work. We do this kind of thing at the office so I might schedule it in if there's some down time.

I'd be interested in those depending on final price. I think I removed (broken?) the round ones and I'm missing fins from either the outer or the inner vents.

Just so that it hurts a little more, here are the Rovers North/Genuine prices from back-in-the-days:
