May be an idea to post some photos of the underside. Specifically the front outriggers (behind the front wheels) sections of the frame from the mid point back to the rear. Anyone would expect the fuel tank skid plate to be rusty, which is no big deal as it can easily be replaced.

I’m planning on it soon,it’s currently in storage.....these are all pics I had in my phone from the fall when I found her....I have some health issues that prevent me from getting out to her at the moment 😬

Anyone in or around the area this truck is for sale to see in person? I would assume seller has no problem with showing the truck to an interested party or having a pre-purchase inspection...?

I'm likely one of the closer. Only 800km south, sadly.

Brett, your more than welcome to drive on up.....but I’m sure you realize how remote moonbeam is......I picked this defender up in Scarborough in late September.......he had his friend post for him in Cambridge or Kitchener the year before,....we texted back and forth for about a month with no deal struck......I kept his number and cold called him a year later and a deal was made.....

As crazy as this sounds, I've been through Moonbeam before. Been a few years now though. Like the northern route up through Cochrane, Kapuskasing and Hearst on our way to Thunder Bay. Great looking 90. If my LottoMax ever comes in I'll be giving you a call. LOL

I have been in touch with seller. He has been responsive polite and sent videos. I live in North Carolina so AC is critical for me. This is amazing truck that someone will be lucky to own. I was excited about driving it home this summer from the far far north. GLWS

AC is a straightforward retrofit, and the nice thing about new AC parts is that they work well.
