110 Second row door bottom weather strip fasteners

I have a set of seals that go across the bottom of the 2nd row doors, I was all set to drill the door, but when I looked under there, there were already small holes drilled.
wondering if anyone knows what to use, figured they weren’t just screws.
I got the doors for SP, the galvanized ones

The seals attach with little plastic push pins/rivets. Memory is they are made into the oem seals, they are for the front doors.

I bought my doors from SP4x4 and they had the door bottom seals installed with aluminum rivets. I drilled them out to paint the doors. There might be an argument to use plastic to install the strips and avoid the metals from reacting over time.
