110 200tdi stainless exhaust options

under my truck today I noticed some issues with my down pipe, where it bolts to the side of the block. Figured it’s going to go sooner than later, so started looking and found the proline stainless that RN sells. Was wondering if anyone has tried one yet?
Also wondering about performance difference between my current setup which just has a silencer and the proline which looks to have a silencer and muffler?
thanks

I can’t tell any difference between having the stock number of silencers or mufflers and eliminating some. I just have one on the truck I converted (supposed to be two) but the 130 had the catalyst and a muffler. I perceive no difference at all.

I’d do that, but I’d need a down pipe at least, wouldn’t I ?
I feel like my guy told me he couldn’t do the down pipe, but it was a long time ago, so I may of just cheaped out.

and how much louder would that be?

Ours aren't double S, but I imagine the performance is similar. Realistically no big gains or anything crazy, I intend to install one in my 110(for the 300tdi), but truly I haven't driven a 200 before & after one was installed.

Bearmach always seems to have double s exhausts in the clearance section. Occasionally the deals are worth it. Def worth a look.

I got a three inch turbo back exhaust custom made in Edison NJ, not far from you . It's wide open , no muffler. It's louder than a stock exhaust for sure but you could add a pass through muffler of you wanted .

Performance is good , the real benefit is the much lower egts . Pm me and I'll give you you guys info . Was tig welded from elbows no bending and he did the entire exhaust.

YEARS ago, I had american muffler (Westbury) build me a custom stainless exhaust with lots of bends and custom hangers. I'd check them out.

I have the straight pipe, no muffler set up on my 200tdi 110 and it’s not that loud...sounds great actually. If you want to see and hear it let me know.
